The Jefferson County Fair will be open to the public on Sunday, August 23, at 1:00PM. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF FAIRGROUNDS BY 12 NOON ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 23rd.
Size of space: 10’ along the wall x 14’ deep. Fee $ 250.00 due at time of reservation. 40 Spaces only. ELECTRIC PROVIDED.
NO NAILS ARE TO BE DRIVEN IN BLOCK WALLS. YOU MAY USE THE OVERHEAD TIMBERS. Set up all day Friday, August 21 and from 10:00am to 7:00 pm on Saturday, August 22. At the end of the fair, these buildings will be open for tear down at 930 pm. on Saturday, August 29 and 9:00 am to 12:00 noon on Sunday, August 30. The Fair’s responsibility for locking buildings ends 8:00 am, September 2nd.

ALL RENTAL FEES ARE DUE IN FULL AT TIME OF RESERVATION. YOU NEED TO BRING EXTENSION CORDS TO HOOK TO ELECTRIC.
Note: Your entire exhibit including display units, tables, tents, awnings, landscaping timbers and mulch,etc, must be confined to the exhibit space at all times. Exhibitor’s vehicles not within rented space must be moved to parking lot while fair is open to public. ONE WARNING WILL BE GIVEN. IF YOU DO NOT CONFINE YOUR EXHIBIT TO YOUR RENTAL SPACE, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE FAIRGROUNDS. NO REFUND GIVEN.
No laser pointers, knives, throwing stars, num chucks, snap caps, play guns, or any other offensive products are to be sold on the fairgrounds. Any vendors violating this rule will be ejected from the fairgrounds without refund and banned from the fairgrounds indefinitely. We reserve the right to inspect exhibits to ensure the integrity of each exhibit.
All spaces will be reserved “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE”. PREVIOUS EXHIBITORS CAN HAVE THE SAME SPACE THEY OCCUPIED IN 2008 BY RESPONDING NO LATER THAN JULY 21.
EXHIBIT SPACE NEEDS TO BE PAID IN FULL BEFORE SET UP . RESERVATIONS MAY BE CANCELLED AND MONEY REFUNED TO YOU ,IF DONE BY AUGUST 16.
2 weekly passes are furnished with your rental. Additional passes available at all local banks to purchase.
